The 2018 Onondaga County Maple School will focus on essentials to help your production become more profitable such as reverse osmosis and proper grading and filtering. Steve Childs from the Cornell Maple Program will be sharing his knowledge on these subjects. 

Morning refreshments will be served at 8:300am and class will begin at 9:00am.
